Booking Policy

Upon check-in, guests are kindly requested to present a government-issued photo identification and provide a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit to cover any incidental charges that may occur during their stay.

We accept both cash and credit cards as forms of payment for your convenience.

Deposit can be submitted online or offline.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Rates:
For bookings made under our non-refundable rate, cancellations or changes to the reservation are not permitted. The full reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Refundable Rates:
For bookings made under our refundable rate, cancellations made 3 or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount. In case of no-show or early departure, the full reservation amount will be charged.

No Show Policy

Please note, if cancelled or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in Policy

Our check-in time begins after 3 PM, while check-out is required by 11 AM.

Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.

Our front desk operates during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 11 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

For guests arriving outside of these hours, special check-in instructions are provided. Please contact the property in advance to receive after-hours check-in instructions and lockbox information.
